From a Pot: Raspberry Smoothie
Delicious raspberry smoothie with honey, oats and yogurt.
I swear there's something about food tasting better if it's pink. :) This raspberry smoothie is so delicious and simple to make - it will only take you about five minutes to make it.
The best thing about this smoothie is that you can experiment with the taste. You can use different types of milk, add some vanilla protein powder or some other type of fruit.
This recipe is for about two large glasses. If you need less than that, change the scale to one.

Notes:
- Why do you use frozen raspberries in a smoothie?
- It just tastes better. :) You can of course use fresh raspberries but I really think it makes a difference to the taste if you use frozen raspberries.
- Milk
- I love using almond milk. You can of course use other types of milk, but be aware that the taste of the smoothie will be different depending on the milk you’ll use.
- Sweetener
- I use about 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup depending on what I have available at home at the moment. You can also skip any type of sugar if you want. It really depends on your taste. That's the good thing about smoothies, you can do whatever you like.
- Do I have to use yogurt in a smoothie?
- You can skip it, but it will not taste the same.
Fun Facts:
- Did you know that raspberries can be gold, black, purple and red in colour? The gold raspberries are supposed to be the sweetest.
