Butter: 80 g
Cinnamon: 1 tsp
- Melt the butter and mix it with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Apple Cake

Flour: 270 g
Baking powder: 10 g
Apple: 2
Egg: 2
Oil: 80 ml
Sugar: 100 g
Salt: 0.5 tsp
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
Milk: 150 ml
Lemon peel: 1 tsp
- In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon peel, oil, salt, and milk.
- Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well until there are no lumps.
- Peel and grate the apples, then fold them into the batter with a spatula.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the batter into it. Use a small baking tray, for example, 20 x 20 cm or something similar in size.
- Spread the cinnamon topping over the apple cake batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Wait for the cake to cool a bit before serving. You can serve it with vanilla ice cream, salted caramel, whipped cream, or just dust it with some powdered sugar. The cake tastes best while it’s still a bit warm.

- Theoretically yes, but if you can use brown sugar for the topping.
